Overview

Usertour is an open-source platform for in-app onboarding: product tours, checklists, surveys and NPS, banners, launchers and a resource centre. You install the usertour.js SDK, call init and identify, then build flows in a visual builder that publishes without a deploy. Flows trigger automatically on user attributes, events and page rules, with per-step completion analytics.

Best for
Product teams wanting in-app onboarding they can self-host, audit and fork.
Pricing
Free Hobby tier, then $59, $119 or $249 per month on cloud, with yearly billing advertised as two months free; the MIT-licensed core can be self-hosted.
