Overview
Chatwoot is an open-source customer support platform run either self-hosted or on Chatwoot's cloud. It collects conversations from live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Line into one desk, and adds a help centre with multiple portals and developer APIs. Its built-in AI agent, Captain, answers common questions and suggests replies to agents.
