Overview

EspoCRM is a web CRM covering accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, quotes, invoices and inventory. Records, fields and layouts are customised through the UI, and automation runs via trigger-based workflows, scheduled actions and BPMN 2.0 process diagrams. It can be downloaded and self-hosted, or run on EspoCRM's cloud in the US or Germany.
