Overview

XWiki is an open source platform for building wikis, documentation, intranets and knowledge bases, presented as an alternative to Confluence, Notion and SharePoint. It can be self-hosted on Linux, Tomcat, Jetty, Docker or Debian, or run on XWiki Cloud. XWiki SAS sells paid subscriptions covering support, business applications and custom development.

The Community edition is free to self-host; paid plans are billed yearly, starting at 5 628,00 € per year for 100 users (about 4,69 € per user per month), with quotes for on-premise or custom projects.
