Overview
Tota is a macOS dictation app that types speech into any app or text box, using WhisperKit to run OpenAI's Whisper models locally. Smart Formatting runs a Qwen 3 model on the Mac to fix typos, punctuation and grammar and lay out emails and lists. Audio Drop transcribes dropped-in recordings with speaker labels and timestamps, exporting to TXT, Markdown, SRT, JSON or CSV.
