Overview

Meetily is a desktop meeting assistant for Windows and macOS that records, transcribes and summarises meetings on the device itself. It captures audio without a bot joining the call, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other platform. Summaries are pluggable: run a local model, or supply your own API key so only transcript text leaves the machine.

Best for
Windows and macOS users who need meeting transcripts to stay on their own device for confidentiality.
Pricing
Community Edition is free and open source; Pro is $10/user/month billed annually ($120/user/year, against a regular price of $25) after a 14-day trial, and Enterprise is quoted on request.
Runs on
WebmacOSLinuxSelf-hosted
