Overview
LimeSurvey builds questionnaires, polls and forms using over 30 question types, skip logic, piping and multilingual surveys in 80+ languages. Surveys are shared by public link, QR code, personal password-protected link or website embed, and results are read through built-in statistics or exported to SPSS, R, Stata, CSV, Excel and PDF. The codebase is public and can be self-hosted.
