Overview
Trench is open-source infrastructure for tracking events, built on Kafka and ClickHouse and shipped as a single Docker image. It accepts events through an API compliant with the Segment specification (Track, Identify, Group), stores them for querying in real time with SQL or REST, and forwards data on through throttled webhooks. A hosted option is also offered.
