Overview

PipeBio is a cloud platform for analysing BCR, TCR, VHH, scFv and peptide sequences from NGS, hybridoma and Sanger data. It annotates framework and CDR regions against germlines, detects sequence liabilities, clusters clonotypes and compares samples, and stores sequences with metadata in a central database. Workflows and a documented REST API connect it to ELN and LIMS systems.

Best for
Antibody, TCR and peptide discovery teams analysing NGS, hybridoma and Sanger sequence data
Pricing
No prices are shown; the Academic and Commercial plans are both contact-sales, billed as an annual subscription, with startup discounts on request.

Strengths and trade-offs

Strengths

  • Annotates FRs, CDRs and mutations via germline alignment
  • Clonotype clustering and cross-sample enrichment comparison
  • Central sequence database with metadata and assay data
  • REST API for ELN/LIMS integration and automated pipelines

Trade-offs

  • No published prices; both plans are contact-sales only
  • Sold as an annual subscription fee, not monthly
  • Commercial plan starts at 5 named users
  • Benchling integration requires separate Benchling licences
