Overview
Orgnise is a collaboration tool that holds a team's knowledge, documents and projects in one place. Content is structured as teams, then workspaces per subject or project, then collections of related pages, written in a Notion-style WYSIWYG editor. A collection can be shown as columns on a board to track work through stages, and members are invited into the shared team.
- Best for
- Small teams wanting one place for team notes, docs and project boards instead of several tools.
- Pricing
- Free tier for one user, then Pro at $24/month and Business at $59/month, with Enterprise priced on enquiry.
- Runs on
- Web
Strengths and trade-offs
Strengths
- Free tier: 1 user, 3 workspaces, 30 pages, no card needed
- Notion-style WYSIWYG editor for rich documents
- Collections can become board columns for workflow stages
- Teams, workspaces and collections give a clear hierarchy
Trade-offs
- Homepage asks you to join a waitlist, so access may not be immediate
- Hard caps per plan: Pro allows 5 users, 10 workspaces and 200 pages
- Free tier gets community support only; chat support starts at $59/month
- Captured pages mention no integrations, API, mobile or offline use
