Overview

Open Wearables is an MIT-licensed platform that ingests wearable data through one self-hosted API, normalised and deduplicated across providers such as Whoop, Garmin, Oura and Apple Health. It computes open health scores including Sleep and Resilience, and adds an AI engine for trends and anomalies, an MCP server, and configurable coaching profiles.
