Strengths and trade-offs

Strengths

  • Editors for Windows, Mac and iOS under one plan
  • AI document, table/form extract and redaction tools in every plan
  • Published per-seat price with no minimum seat commitment
  • Independently audited against SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001

Trade-offs

  • No free tier; only a 14-day trial
  • SSO, domain control and Nitro Analytics need the contact-sales Plus plan
  • Classic is Windows desktop only, with no Mac, iOS or AI features listed
  • Advanced 24/7 support is marked '2+ users', so solo buyers may not get it
