Overview
Nango connects a product or AI agent to over 900 APIs. It handles OAuth and API-key authorisation, token refresh and credential-injected proxy requests, then runs integration logic as code functions — syncs, actions, webhooks and triggers — built from templates or written custom. Integrations can be exposed to agents as MCP tools.
- Best for
- Product teams building many third-party API integrations into a SaaS product or AI agent
- Pricing
- Free tier, then Starter from $50/month and Growth from $500/month, plus usage charges such as $1 per connection and $0.0001 per proxy request; Enterprise is custom.
- Runs on
- WebSelf-hosted
Strengths and trade-offs
Strengths
- 900+ APIs with 6,000+ reusable integration templates
- OAuth, API keys and token refresh handled for every API
- Integrations written as code, with local dev, CI/CD and environments
- Open source and self-hostable in your own infrastructure
Trade-offs
- Seven separate usage meters make a monthly bill hard to predict
- Paid tiers jump from $50/mo to $500/mo with nothing in between
- Plan prices are 'from' figures, so real cost depends on usage
- HIPAA, self-hosting and SLAs are add-ons rather than included
