Overview

Leantime is open-source project management software for people who are not project managers, with an interface built around ADHD and neurodivergent working styles. Projects hold to-dos in Kanban, table or list views alongside milestones on a timeline, docs, reports and time tracking. A personal dashboard gathers tasks across projects with time blocking, notes and AI prioritisation.

Best for
Small teams and self-hosters wanting project management shaped around neurodivergent working styles
Pricing
Free self-hosted Community Edition; hosted Leantime Pro is $10 per user/month, or $8 per user/month billed annually, after a 14-day trial.
Runs on
WebAndroidSelf-hostedCLI
