Overview
LanguageTool is an AI-based checker for spelling, grammar, punctuation, style and typography in over 30 languages and dialects. You paste or type text into the web editor, or install add-ons that check text in place in browsers, Gmail, Thunderbird, Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice and macOS or Windows apps. It also rephrases sentences to be more formal, fluent, simple or concise.
