Overview
Inari analyses customer feedback from support tickets, sales calls, documents and CSVs, clustering it into requests, defects, praises and learnings with citations back to the original quotes. It syncs backlogs from Jira and Linear and GTM data from Salesforce and HubSpot so issues can be ranked by revenue impact, and pushes reports and alerts to Slack and email.
- Best for
- Product teams turning support, sales and CRM feedback into a prioritised, cited backlog
- Pricing
- Trial gives 500 credits once payment details are attached, then $30/month for 1,000 credits or $300/month for 10,000 credits, $0.04 per credit after; Enterprise pricing is listed as TBD.

Strengths and trade-offs
Strengths
- Unlimited seats on every paid plan
- Insights auto-linked to source quotes with citations
- Connects Slack, Gong, Intercom, Jira, Linear, Salesforce, HubSpot
- Takes CSV, PDF and DOC uploads as well as app integrations
Trade-offs
- Acquired by Amplitude; the standalone product's future is unstated
- Credits are charged by words ingested, so spend is hard to predict
- Large gap between the $30 and $300 plans, with nothing in between
- CRM sync, Jira/Linear enrichment and alerts need the $300 Growth plan
