Overview
Hent is a Brazilian platform for managing receivables from sold land plots: it holds contracts, issues boletos, sends billing notifications by e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS, reconciles payments and reports arrears through dashboards. It also lends against the receivables portfolio, with an algorithm reading portfolio data to set a credit limit drawn in tranches.
