Heap, part of the Contentsquare group, is a digital analytics platform. A single snippet automatically captures user interactions on a site or app, which are then analysed through charts, funnels, journeys and retention reports. Session replay, heatmaps and error analysis are sold as add-ons, and data can be synced to a warehouse via Heap Connect.
