Overview
Amplitude Guides and Surveys is the in-app messaging part of the Amplitude platform. It creates tours, checklists, announcements, tooltips, banners and modals, plus NPS, microsurveys and feedback surveys, triggered by in-product behaviour rather than fixed rules. Built-in guardrails and prioritisation logic control how often users see them, and it works with Amplitude Analytics, Session Replay, cohorts and experimentation.
- Best for
- Teams already on Amplitude that want in-app guides and surveys targeted on user behaviour
- Pricing
- Free plan includes limited guides and surveys; the feature is priced by the number of guides and surveys created and sold as an add-on to the Plus plan (starts at $0, event-based) or bundled with the contact-sales Growth and Enterprise plans, with no per-guide figures published.
