Overview

New Relic is an observability platform whose Agentic Platform lets teams build, deploy and manage custom AI agents, from no-code automations to code-based multi-agent systems. Agents draw on live telemetry, logs, traces and alerts, answer natural-language queries, and push actions into IDEs, ITSM, CI/CD and chat tools. Every action runs under permissions, RBAC and audit trails.

Best for
Engineering and SRE teams wanting observability data plus AI agents that act on incidents
Pricing
Free tier with 100 GB/month ingest, then $0.40/GB ($0.60/GB on Data Plus), with full platform users from $10 to $418.80 per user per month depending on edition.
